Capsiplex Burn is an innovative thermogenic supplement, a fat burner designed to help you lose body fat whilst retaining muscle mass as part of an active lifestyle and in conjunction with a healthy, balanced diet. It uses some of the best thermogenic ingredients going – coffee, capsaicin, B vitamins, iodine, and the like – alongside a couple of rarer options to achieve some really quite impressive results.

It isn’t a magic weight loss pill. No thermogenic supplement should claim to be, and they don’t. Rather, it’s a helpful tool in your toolbox to make that extra bit of progress when everything else in your diet and lifestyle is geared towards weight loss.

Our Verdict On Capsiplex Burn

Capsiplex Burn is a solid fat burning thermogenic supplement that works along several pathways to make your weight loss journey easier and more effective whilst allowing you to retain muscle mass, athleticism, and energy levels.

It works well, using some of the best ingredients out there, giving you a genuinely impressive leg up as you seek to fine-tune your body composition.

What is Capsiplex Burn?

Capsiplex Burn is a natural thermogenic supplement, a fat burner made to support a healthy metabolism, control glucose levels, and use and burn fat, providing greater energy levels. The claim is that it is effective in achieving your body composition goals and is perfect for those who want to burn fat more efficiently and maintain lean muscle mass. Much of the data and theory support this claim.

As above, it isn’t a magic pill. You cannot take it and eat what you want and expect results to be forthcoming. This simply isn’t practical or realistic.

However, if you combine it with a calorie-restricted diet, an active lifestyle, and a balanced eating plan, you should see some great results. It should be able to ramp up the amount of fat you burn whilst aiding satiation, keeping hunger pangs at bay, and bolstering your energy levels and cognitive clarity.

The ingredients included also help to improve focus and motivation during hard exercise and calorie-restricted diets. As we typically struggle to find these things when we are underfed, bringing them in as minor benefits to an already potent formula could be a bit of a game changer. You should be able to do everything you want to do without having to eat your fridge empty to manage it.

Capsiplex Burn uses ingredients that are completely natural, that give you increased energy levels, mitigate hunger cravings, support fat loss, ramp up metabolism, bolster athletic performance, and maintain lean muscle mass.

The formula works across six different pathways to burn through fat whilst maintaining muscle mass. It all works optimally as part of a strength training routine with appropriate protein intake, in conjunction with a calorie-restricted eating plan.

What does Capsiplex Burn do?

As we have seen, Capsiplex Burn is a thermogenic formula. All told, it aims to regulate glucose, burn fat, increase energy, and curb cravings. It works by stimulating metabolism to regulate glucose and burn fat, leading to an improved rate of weight loss.

The supplement also targets fat reserves, including supposedly across stubborn areas like the belly, and converts the fat into energy.

A quick note on this, though: you cannot ‘target’ body fat. You cannot elicit belly fat loss without working through universal fat loss. So it may help to get rid of stubborn fat by causing your body to burn all fat more efficiently, but this is the extent of it.

The ingredients in Capsiplex Burn provide essential nutrients that generate energy and reduce fatigue, enabling users to perform daily tasks and take part in more challenging workouts without feeling the effects of fatigue overly much.

The supplement also helps to regulate appetite, preventing overeating during strength training. I’ve fallen prey to this very thing many times in the past, as have many other athletes. It’s a real boon if you can find something to truly help you overcome it, which Burn generally can.

Capsiplex Burn will boost your metabolism. I’ve found claims on their site and across the internet that this can lead to weight loss within twelve weeks. Well… they’re not wrong. It can, but as above, only in conjunction with your other ducks being in a row. And if you’ve got it right, you should start to see weight loss immediately, at a rate of around 1 – 2 lbs (0.5 – 1 kg) per week or thereabouts.

Burn should help to preserve muscle mass during a caloric deficit, supporting athletic performance and reducing fatigue. Calories that you burn through during exercise are converted to energy, providing newfound strength and endurance. This really is quite major – too often we have to decide on a trade-off between muscle mass and fat loss, so anything that can support a bit of a reconciliation between the two is thoroughly welcome.

Some ingredients in Capsiplex Burn support the production of nitric oxide. This in turn should lead to proper circulation of blood and improved blood sugar regulation, whilst also enhancing insulin output and synthesis of growth hormone. This will play into the above point – this will all lead to improved athleticism and muscle mass retention.

Further to this, Burn supports nutrient absorption. This should assist proper relevant bodily functions, including the fat-burning process. You will likely reach your weight loss goal far more efficiently with this mechanism in play.

Capsiplex Burn also helps you to maintain healthy glucose levels as a mechanism for fat loss. It uses InnoSlim, a proprietary ingredient, which combines Panax notoginseng and Astragalus membranaceus. These in turn signal your body’s cells to create energy from sugar. In particular, InnoSlim enables a boost in Adiponectin, which boosts the release of AMP-K (adenosine monophosphatekinase), an enzyme. This can lead to your body using up more fat during exercise.

Capsiplex Burn includes a strong B vitamin complex, with usable doses of B3, B6, and B12. These are well-known for raising energy levels, both during intense training and more generally on a day-to-day basis.

Capsiplex includes Capsimax, a distinctive mix of capsaicinoids. These can boost energy levels and use up the fat in our tissues, transferring it into our blood streams. With this fat released, it is used as energy to keep us going.

You also get plenty of iodine and l-tyrosine with Capsiplex Burn. These nutrients can stimulate thyroid function to boost your metabolic rate, burning through more fat and sugar, and holding onto protein so that it’s free for hypertrophy. Again, we’re looking at improved fat loss with improved muscle mass retention.

Finally, Burn should help to keep your appetite under control. Its formula should aid satiation, meaning fewer hunger cravings even as you dive into a calorie deficit whilst still remaining active.

Nothing here is revolutionary. Fat burners never are, nor should they be.

What you get, instead, are several different ways in which Burn can aid your weight loss efforts, make it a little easier, make life more pleasant, and keep your athleticism and muscle mass where they need to be.

In other words, everything about the process is tuned up a little bit, which all amounts to quite a huge helping hand.

Capsiplex Burn Ingredients

Capsiplex Burn claims to have a unique blend of ingredients that are backed by science. This is partially true. It is all backed by some quite impressive clinical data. The blend is also technically unique. It’s a good one, too. However, there is little here that is overly revolutionary. Whilst some of it is pretty special, most of it is built on the kind of solid thermogenic DNA that we see in all the good fat burners out there.

This is all to the better. The DNA works.

It all begins with Capsiplex Burn’s blend of capsaicin powder that is designed to help burn fat and reduce appetite. Capsaicin is a compound found in chilli peppers that has been shown to increase metabolism and reduce appetite. It’s one of the leading thermogenic ingredients that we see all the time – that we should see all the time.

Capsiplex Burn’s is a patented blend that is designed to be more effective than other capsaicin supplements, with a good deal of data to back up its efficacy.

InnoSlim is another patented blend that contains ginseng and astragalus, a couple of herbs used in various forms of traditional Eastern medicine for improved longevity. In combination, they target our cells’ mRNA, signalling them to increase the sugar they absorb for use as energy and to use more fat as energy. This should lead to improved weight loss whilst also giving you plenty of energy.

Green tea and green coffee extracts are included in Capsiplex Burn to provide a good energy boost and improve metabolism. Data shows that they can help to increase metabolism and burn fat. Again, we often see both ingredients in top-shelf thermogenic supplements, and again, with good reasons.

B-vitamins are important to the health of our cells. They are necessary for carrying out messaging and metabolic functions – those functions that both InnoSlim and Capsiplex help to promote. B3, B6, and B12 are the B-vitamins included in Capsiplex Burn, and all work in concert with its other ingredients.

Iodine is important for weight loss. It’s an essential mineral that is often found in salt. However, if you are trying to reduce salt intake to lose weight, which is a good and legitimate way to structure your diet, then you may not be getting enough iodine. Iodine deficiency is often tied with thyroid malfunction, which will typically slow down your metabolism.

Chromium is a mineral that is often overlooked in weight loss supplements. However, it is an important mineral that can help regulate blood sugar levels and reduce cravings. Capsiplex Burn includes chromium to help regulate appetite and reduce cravings.

L-tyrosine is included in Capsiplex Burn to help further support thyroid function and also to boost motivation. L-tyrosine is an amino acid that is often found in weight loss supplements. It helps with thyroid function regulation and can even lead to improved motivation by working on our brain chemistry.

L-arginine, another amino acid, is closely tied to metabolism and lean muscle mass retention. It is often found in weight loss supplements to help support muscle growth and metabolism. Capsiplex Burn includes l-arginine to help support muscle growth and metabolism.

Black Pepper (Piperine) is a mild thermogenic ingredient, though it isn’t too potent. It’s included here for its ability to bolster the bioavailability of the other ingredients.

This is a very solid, very good ingredients list. It may not be the best I’ve ever seen – the market is rich with good-quality thermogenic supplements. It’s also rich with terrible ones. To see something with a workable, very potent ingredients list like this, which really should help you to lose weight, maintain muscle mass, and keep your energy levels and motivation up, is delightful.

Using Capsiplex Burn

So, what is it like using Capsiplex Burn? Well, it sort of plays out how you imagine – how you would hope.

I can’t emphasise enough that thermogenic fat burners are not miracle cures. There is no magic pill. They will not work in isolation and are not designed to do so.

With this in mind, I decided to take it over several weeks as part of a cut. I trained as I always train for a cut, using a combination of resistance training (mostly through compound lifts), steady state cardio (mostly through walking), and yoga, to keep myself mobile and to diminish my cortisol output (which is often a fat-loss killer). I put a moderate calorie deficit in place, aiming at 500 calories below maintenance every day for a 1 lb (0.5 kg) weekly weight loss.

Then I added Capsiplex Burn into the mix.

I’ve taken plenty of similar supplements before. I’ve reviewed most of the big players over the years. There are better ones and worse ones, all existing on a sliding scale spectrum. Capsiplex Burn was very happily at the better end of this range.

My weight loss was mildly higher than it otherwise should have been. I should have lost about 6 lbs over six weeks, based on my biometrics, calorie intake, and calorie projected expenditure. Instead, I lost more like 7 lbs. This is huge – a roughly 15% boost to my efforts.

My energy levels were great, too, with my athleticism nearly on par with what it is during a modest calorie surplus, which is where I, like many others, tend to be most comfortable. I could train hard, recover fast, and go about my daily tasks without really feeling the effects of the reduced energy intake.

I did feel the hunger, though. Chromium is great, as are plenty of other ingredients in the list. They should really help to regulate your appetite. I didn’t get hunger pangs too badly. However, I did struggle to feel full. The satiation wasn’t as good as it could have been.

Realistically, I would have liked to have had some form of high-quality dietary fibre included – glucomannan would have been great here. It would have aided satiation as well as balancing hunger pangs.

All in all, though, it’s a solid effort. You could do a lot worse and not much better. If your main struggle when dieting is energy loss and brain fog, it should work wonders for you. If you struggle with feeling full, it may not be the best.

My final take

I really like Capsiplex Burn. And my niggles about fibre are kind of irrelevant. The product is called ‘Burn’, not ‘Sate’ or anything like that. It is designed to increase the burn, increase your energy expenditure, and make you feel like you have more energy no matter how hard you train. It achieves this incredibly well.

I felt energized and clear-headed throughout the six-week cut, and I lost a little bit more weight than I would have expected. All in all, this is exactly what Capsiplex Burn promises. Happily, it delivers on its promises with aplomb.
