Dr. Ron Ribitzky is Senior Healthcare Strategist, Digital Health Group, Intel Corporation. Dr. Ribitzky’s track record of charging ahead of the technology curve, accelerating innovation from idea to practice, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary multi-national teams is founded on over twenty years of informatics experience in world-class companies, healthcare organizations, consulting, R&D and academia; ten years of clinical practice as Flight Surgeon, Primary Care Physician and Senior Resident in Pediatrics; and management of medical operations, entrepreneurial organizations and start-ups. Prior to joining Intel, Dr. Ribitzky was VP at Eclipsys Corporation leading Prototype Development, Demo Systems Group, and Advanced Research. Dr. Ribitzky’s Information Technology career developed rapidly from Senior Programmer-Analyst through Director of Applications and Research Computing at Boston Children’s Hospital to Chief Information Officer at UMass Medical Center, and CIO at the Marcus Center at Emory University; and executive management positions with information technology vendors involving marketing, sales support, and software development.
