Margaret Johnson, MSM, RN, CPHQ, Senior Director, Quality and Performance Improvement Services MassPRO

Ms Johnson is responsible for managing operations across various quality improvement programs.  Her role includes developing, promoting, implementing, and evaluating healthcare quality improvement interventions in the home health, hospital, nursing home, and community settings. She brings extensive experience from many aspects of healthcare operations including clinical operations, quality improvement, project and program development, and case management.  Margaret received her Master of Science in Health Services Management from Lesley University, and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emmanuel College.  She is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
