Judy Flynn, Chief Clinical and Compliance Officer, Partners Home Care

Judy oversees regulatory compliance, clinical program development, education, quality assurance and performance improvement for Partners Home Care.  Prior to this role Judy was an executive consultant for The Corridor Group and provided consultation on program development, regulatory matters and conducted due diligence on several merger and acquisition efforts. Ms. Flynn's previous experience also includes serving as vice president of clinical operations for NMC Homecare, Inc. There she had oversight responsibility for development of local and national strategic plans for field operations and compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.  Previously, Judy was also national director of nursing for US Homecare where she represented the company in due diligence valuation efforts for the acquisition of companies ranging from $3 - $23 million in revenues. Judy is a registered nurse and holds a Bachelors in Nursing and an MBA in Computer Science.  Her publications include contributing author for “Manual of Home Care Nursing Orientation" and various articles for Home Health Care Nurse, Coding Pro and Advance for Providers of Post Acute Care.  Ms. Flynn has served on the Editorial board of Home Health Care nurse, and as Courtesy Faculty, Yale School of Nursing and Clinical Instructor for the MGH Institute of Health Professions.
