Erica Drazen, ScD, Vice President, First Consulting Group

Erica Drazen is a corporate vice president of First Consulting Group and leads its Emerging Practices Institute, which is the applied research area of the firm.  She has overall responsibility for development of industry knowledge and consulting products, and for conducting collaborative research.  Her expertise is in helping integrated delivery systems use clinical information technology to improve patient care.  Dr. Drazen's clients have included health delivery systems, pharmaceutical companies, and managed care organizations.  She provides consulting in strategic planning, organization, and implementation of systems to support cross-continuum care processes.
