Progress Report

Connecting Patients & Providers.  When we renamed our Center in 2006, we created a new logo incorporating concentric circles. The circles represent the care community surrounding the patient in the middle. They also represent the ripple effect that can occur when we are able to care for patients wherever they are, when care is needed. This theme is carried through in our 2007 Progress Report, demonstrating how the "connectedness" of care is touching more lives, and keeping more patients healthy around the Commonwealth and throughout the world.
