Khinlei is responsible for planning and product development efforts at the Center for Connected Health, working with partners to develop innovative programs to improve clinical quality, efficiency, and access.  She is also responsible for the Center’s online consultation service and for their marketing and communications programs.  Khinlei’s interests lie in user-driven innovation and adoption, and the development of cost-effective solutions to improve health.
 
Prior to joining Partners, Khinlei was Director of Product Management and Product Marketing at Lycos, where she led several online community and retail-based businesses with revenues exceeding $10M annually.  Before Lycos, Khinlei was at BankBoston (formerly BayBank), where she was instrumental in developing one of the country’s first online banking services in the mid 1990s.  She is interested in translating best practices from other consumer-driven industries to the healthcare sector. 
 
Khinlei holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and an AB from Harvard-Radcliffe Colleges.
