Kathy Duckett, BSN, RN is the Director of Clinical Programs for Partners Home Care, a large non-profit home care company and member of Partners HealthCare.  With more than 25 years of clinical and management experience in home care, Ms. Duckett manages the organization’s Specialty Programs such as telehealth, cardiac and wound care, and the development of technology in home care practice.  Her overall goal is to develop resources that strengthen clinician’s ability to care for the complex patient.  In her role, she works in conjunction with the Center for Connected Health and is active in the development of system-wide initiatives that seek to enhance patients’ health and quality of life. 

Ms. Duckett was a recipient of a 2004 Gold Award from the American Society of Healthcare Publication Editors, for her article, "Ten Ways to Lose Your Medicare Certification" (May, 2003).  She has been a member of the editorial board of Home Healthcare Nurse and is a national consultant and speaker. 

Ms. Duckett is also the creator of many patient and professional educational programs, articles for nurses and physicians, and a one-woman show based on Florence Nightingdale’s Life.
